CommunityFest 2010 brings the celebration to the City of Menasha! Festivities begin on Saturday July 3rd with live music downtown at Curtis Reed Square from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.

DEFINE TENSION starts the show at 6:30
Rock with a bit of funk and jazz, influenced by such artists as Led Zeppelin, Muse, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and System of a Down. Original music or your favorite covers members are classically trained musicians, adding violin, keyboard or trumpet to the mix. Voted "FAN FAVORITE" at Paperfest Battle of the Bands in Kimberly WI in 2008 and completed recording their first full length self titled CD late in the summer of 2009. These Fox Valley natives have returned from college this summer to rock the stage.

BLUEHEELS follow at 8:00

If you haven't seen them you're in for a treat, just back from Summerfest earlier in the day. They describe themselves as 100% independent, mid-west raised rock n' roll. Creative, fun, LOUD, and stylistically diverse rock music for all walks of life. Bred on the hardcore streets of Neenah, Clintonville, and the like, BLUEHEELS have come to take their place in this cold world as not just a band that is capable of simultaneously rocking harder AND softer than most any band out there, but as a band of brothers that share one common goal: to make you remember that music is supposed to be magical.

At 9:15 the Communityfest Parade of Lights will commence, traveling from downtown Menasha along Milwaukee, Main, and Tayco Streets on its way to Neenah.

Don't miss out on this night of fun for the whole family
